Description (Service)
  • Provides support to individuals and families who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless due to poor money management, capacity issues, abuse, or overwhelming debt load
  • Strives to keep individuals in their home and reduce the amount and duration of stays in a shelter
  • Reviews a household's income and liabilities to develop an action plan to ensure stabilization
