Description (Service)
  • Provides health care services for ill, injured or elderly community members in their own homes 
  • Offers some recreational Elder's programming
Services can include: 
  • Preparation of client care plan 
  • Home care nursing duties  
  • Personal care help with activities such as dressing and bathing  
  • Basic practice foot care  
  • Teaching the individual in need to care for themselves  
  • Home support with light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation 
  • Home maintenance assistance  
  • Help with light outdoor/yardwork
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Temagami First Nation
Eligibility Members of Temagami First Nation who are ill, injured or elderly (50 years and older) and require assistance at home

  • Call to register for services
