Description (Service) Provides support services to families of ill, injured, or deceased soldiers including: 
  • Short and long-term individual and family support 
  • Individual and family counselling services 
  • Referrals to mental health services 
  • Access to community-based education and prevention programs 
  • Outreach support and services
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Areas Served Algoma District ; Cochrane District ; Manitoulin District ; Nipissing District ; Parry Sound District ; Sudbury District ; Timiskaming District
Eligibility Families of ill, injured, or deceased Canadian Forces personnel
