Description (Service) Provides support to female victims of domestic violence who are involved in the family court process 
  • Provides information on the family court process 
  • Assists in documenting the history of abuse for family court proceedings 
  • Offers referrals to specialized services and supports in the community 
  • Teaches safety planning and assists with the development of safety plans 
  • Accompanies victims to court proceedings when appropriate 
  • Offers Francophone and Aboriginal specific services and referrals to culturally supportive services
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
 
Female victims of domestic violence who are involved in the family court process
Application Referrals are accepted from other agencies but staff will need to speak to the woman directly to make arrangements for services
