  • Provides its members with independent information about low-cost funerals, funeral requirements and the choices available 
  • Encourages pre-planning of final arrangements 
  • Provides its members with the necessary information to make important decisions about funerals, thus relieving survivors of making difficult decisions at a time of great emotional stress
