Description (Service)
  • Provides services and supports to meet the needs of adults with an intellectual and/or developmental disability  
  • Works on a "person-centered plan" (also referred to as Individual Life Plan) model to address the values, priorities and preferences of each individual
 
Provides the following programs and services to enhance individual growth and independence:  
  • Group Home 
  • Life Skills and Cultural Program (Adult Day Program) 
  • Supervised Independent Living (SIL)
Hours Office Mon-Fri 8:30 am-3:30 pm 
Residential Services Mon-Sun 24 hours

  • Members of Wikwemikong Unceded Indian Reserve 
  • Adults with an intellectual and/or developmental disability
