Description (Service)
  • Assists individuals to live independently in the community by providing nourishing meals at a reasonable cost 
  • Prepares meals according to individuals' diet requirements (includes milk, soup, salad, bread, entree and dessert) 
  • Delivers meals 3 days per week through volunteers who provide regular social contact and a security check to ensure the health and safety of clients  
  • May support more complex dietary needs including renal, minced, low sodium, low fat, lactose free, gluten free and vegetarian diets
Hours Centre: Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm 
Meals on Wheels Delivery: Mon, Wed, Fri 11:30 am-12:30 pm
