Description (Service)
  • Operates as a community seniors' centre offering recreational activities, educational programs/workshops and various support services 
  • Sends a monthly activity/workshops calendar to community seniors 
  • Offers Centre rentals to community members for various activities
 
Coordinates the following support services: 
  • Friendly visiting 
  • Help Line 
  • Home maintenance and snow shovelling 
  • Transportation for shopping and errands
 
Diner's Club 
  • Provides hot meals at the Centre 3 days per week 
  • Offers a time of socialization for community seniors
 
Also coordinates: 
  • Meals on Wheels Program
Hours Centre: Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm 
Diner's Club: Mon, Wed, Fri 12 noon

Eligibility Ages: 55 year(s) and up 
 
Members of Wikwemikong Unceded Indian Reserve
