Description (Service) Serves as a regional health authority for five First Nation communities 
  • Ensures access to high quality holistic services which promote personal, family and community responsibility to health care 
  • Works with community members, political leadership, families and community groups to optimize the health and well-being of community members
Coordinates the following programs and services: 
  • Community Mental Health 
  • Community Health 
  • Diabetes 
  • Healthy Babies Healthy Children 
  • Maternal Child Health Program
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm
Areas Served Aundeck Omni Kaning First Nation ; Sheguiandah ; Sheshegwaning ; Whitefish River First Nation ; Zhiibaahaasing First Nation
Eligibility Must be a member of one of the participating First Nations
