Description (Service)
  • Provides support to children and youth who are called to testify in court as a result of being a victim or a witness of a crime 
  • Provides sensitive, informed, and effective assistance to child victims and witnesses to lessen the trauma of communicating evidence in court  
  • Addresses any questions and concerns relative to the court process  
  • Offers a group setting for children to help them understand what has happened, to talk about their fears, and to feel safe again
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Manitoulin Island ; and the North Shore Area
Eligibility Children and youth who are victims and/or witnesses to a crime
