  • Administers a four-year wrap-around program that provides essential services for vulnerable, Indigenous single mothers to break the cycle of dependency on social services and become self-sufficient 
  • Program steps include a pre-course, a college diploma course, a one-year on the job training and then assistance to find adequate employment
 
Provides services to assist with: 
  • Affordable housing 
  • Child care 
  • Education 
  • Employment training
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Dinorwic ; Dryden ; Eagle River ; Machin ; Oxdrift ; Wabigoon Township ; Dyment, Waldhof
Eligibility Single Indigenous mothers on social assistance and willing to commit to becoming self-sufficieint
Application Requires initial intake assessment to determine eligibility
