Description (Service)
  • Offers a program for youth to promote positive behaviour and encourage good choices  
  • Provides the program through a weekly group session for ten weeks
 
Strives to instill the following in participants: 
  • More positive ideas, attitudes and goals 
  • Improved decision making skills 
  • Increased self esteem 
  • Enhanced self-understanding 
  • Less stress and anxiety 
  • Better communication skills 
  • Enhanced interpersonal skills 
  • Effects of substance use/abuse including alcohol and marijuana
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
