  • Provides a voluntary service that enables emergency service personnel, industry and organizations to access critical incident stress debriefing services on a one to one or group basis  
  • Strives to assist individuals with understanding how one's thoughts, feelings, actions and behaviours are impacted by a critical incident and to assist individuals with recognizing that they are experiencing normal responses to abnormal events 
  • Debriefing is led by trained mental health professionals alongside trained peers of those involved with an incident
Hours Office Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm 
Emergencies Mon-Sun 24 hours

Boundaries West to Manitoba border, East to Manitouwadge, North to Fort Severn, South to Fort Frances
Eligibility Open to individuals who have been involved with a critical incident
