Description (Service) Culturally appropriate programs and services for Aboriginals providing awareness, education and prevention of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) 
  • Provides education and promotion on healthy and proper child nutrition 
  • Develops culturally appropriate resources for the availability of community members
 
Services offered include: 
  • Case management 
  • One-on-one education and support to individuals and family members affected by FASD 
  • Referrals to specialized services 
  • Peer counselling and advocacy on FASD
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Lac Des Mille Lacs First Nation ; Lac Seul First Nation ; Migisi Sahgaigan First Nation - Eagle Lake First Nation ; Wabauskang First Nation ; Wabigoon Lake First Nation - Wabigoon Lake Ojibway Nation
Eligibility First Nation individuals and families living in the communities within the Dryden Tribal Area affected directly or indirectly by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD)
