Transportation Coordinator for Dog Paw is Elizabeth Paul
Description (Service) Delivers medical transportation services and assistance in making medical appointment arrangements 
  • Provides transportation to medical appointments within the community 
  • Provides transportation from/to Angle Inlet and Dog Paw communities to any medical appointments (doctor, dentist, optometrist etc) in the city of Kenora or Winnipeg 
  • Provides assistance with making arrangements for any medical appointments out of town such as booking appointments, hotels, and completing applications for mileage compensation
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm

Eligibility Members of Northwest Angle #33 First Nation who require assistance with medical transportation due to illness, injury or age

  • Requires written proof of medical appointment  
  • Requires 24 hour advance booking; exceptions made for emergencies  
  • Advance cancellation recommended
