Description (Service)
  • Provides a blood pressure clinic once per month 
  • Offers health check-ups with a Nurse Practitioner twice per month 
  • Provides advice on health issues and offers referrals to other health providers and services
Hours Office: Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm 
Clinics vary; check with Office
Areas Served Dryden ; Vermilion Bay ; Wabigoon
Eligibility Patricia Gardens residents and community members 60 years of age and over

Must meet one of the following criteria:
  • The client is in receipt of or eligible to receive other long term care community services
  • The client is isolated and requires social interaction or stimulation
Application Initial assessment required for program enrollment
