Description (Service)
  • Provides nutritionally balanced and designed meals particularly for seniors, prepared using homemade stocks and traditional recipes 
  • Offers special diets, pureed foods, and oven or microwave heating 
  • Provides discounts to eligible clients 
  • Provides delivery services if required
Hours Office: Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm
Areas Served Dryden ; Vermilion Bay ; Wabigoon
Eligibility Ages: 60 year(s) and up 
 
Must meet one of the following criteria:  
  • The client is in receipt of or eligible to receive other long term care community services 
  • The client is isolated and requires social interaction or stimulation
Application Initial assessment required for program enrollment

Frozen Meals
  • Orders are placed once per month and order days vary; contact Community Outreach for arrangements
  • Must be ordered ahead; usually takes 2 weeks before they arrive in the office
