Description (Service)
  • Dispatches support worker to individual in crisis 
  • Assists individual in effective problem solving and decision making 
  • Provides referrals to resources/services for follow-up 
  • Attends the individual in their home, other location or accompanies them to hospital

Individuals deemed to be in a crisis situation by the Crisis Line Communicators
Application Referral from Crisis Line Communicators when deemed necessary
