Benefits are determined based on need and may include:

  • prescription drugs  
  • surgical supplies and dressings  
  • transportation for medical appointments
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-5 pm

Individuals and families who: 
  • were eligible for Ontario Works in the previous months, or 
  • are no longer eligible for Ontario Works because they have received a payment for loss of income under the 1986-1990 Hepatitis C Settlement Agreement
