Description (Service)
  • Provides supervised activities in a group setting for adults with Alzheimer's Disease and other dementia as well as for frail and elderly individuals 
  • Prevents premature and inappropriate institutionalization  
  • Provides respite and support for caregivers
Hours Office: Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm 
Adult Day Program: Tue, Fri 9:30 am-3 pm
Areas Served Sioux Lookout
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
 
Individuals must have specific needs such as disability, illness or injury that require assistance or are seniors 65 years of age and older
