Description (Service) Delivers health and related programs and services to member First Nation communities
 
Provides advisory, advocacy and technical support services in the following health and wellness programs:  
  • Community Health Nursing Program 
  • Crisis Intervention 
  • Diabetes Initiative 
  • Home and Community Care 
  • Home Support and Long Term Care 
  • Infant and Children's Programs 
  • Medical Transportation Program 
  • Mental Health 
  • National Native Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Bearskin Lake First Nation ; Cat Lake First Nation ; Koocheching First Nation ; North Caribou First Nation ; Sachigo Lake First Nation ; Slate Falls First Nation ; Whitewater Lake First Nation
