Public Comments The Centre is located on 172 acres of woodland on the shore of Pelican Lake and in the traditional territory of the Lac Seul First Nation
Description (Service) Provides supervised accommodations for students attending the Pelican Falls First Nation High School
 
Each Pelican Falls Centre house has 2 live-in counsellors and provides: 
  • A safe, secure home environment 
  • Supervision outside school hours 
  • Academic encouragement and individual counselling 
  • Life skills support and training 
  • Social and recreational programs
Hours Office Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility First Nations students from any of the 24 First Nations communities within the Northern Nishnawbe Education Council and the Nishnawbe Aski Nation (NAN)
