Description (Service) Oversees the operations and maintenance of community infrastructure and related services 
Performs a variety of tasks and maintenance operations including: 
  • Road maintenance 
  • Landscaping and community beautification  
  • Street lighting  
  • Maintenance of equipment and operation of the water treatment plant when running but it has not been operational since 2005; federal government has spent close to $4 million from 2005 to 2016, flying bottled water to community from Thunder Bay 
  • Repairs and upkeep of community buildings and residential homes  
  • Snow removal  
  • Upkeep of public spaces and grounds
 
Capital Planning 
  • Provides assistance in project management services and community development and planning
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-5 pm
