Description (Service) Operates a detoxification program for community members struggling with prescription drug abuse  
  • Functions as a day program  
  • Offers the drug suboxone in place of methadone to minimize the effects of withdrawal
 
Program includes the following services:  
  • Intake  
  • Withdrawal treatment  
  • Regular counselling 
  • Support groups and talking circles  
  • Aftercare
 
Also provides:  
  • Education about addictions, life skills, positive relationships, and coping with grief 
  • Mental health and addictions counselling  
  • Referrals to other treatment centres and programs
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
