Suboxone Support Workers are: Kimberly Kakekaspan and Caroline Thomas
Description (Service) Operates a detoxification centre for community members addicted to Oxycontin 
  • Operates as a day program  
  • Offers the drug suboxone in place of methadone to minimize the effects of withdrawal
 
Program includes the following services: 
  • Intake  
  • Withdrawal treatment  
  • Counselling  
  • Aftercare
 
Also provides: 
  • Mental health and addictions counselling  
  • Referrals to other treatment centres and programs such as Nodin Child & Family Intervention Services in Sioux Lookout
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-12 noon,1 pm-5 pm 
Emergencies: Mon-Sun 24 hours
