Description (Service)	Responsible for administration, finances and operation of municpality and all related departments Oversees the enforcement of municipal by laws and related services Responsible for building, planning and development projects and issuance of applicable permits Maintains an airstrip for small aircraft Administration Manages all corporate records and policies and procedures Acts as liaison betwen the public and Members of Council Maintains and prepares the agendas, by laws and minutes for all council meetings Maintains the books, records and accounts of Town Council and provides advice about legal requirements Finance Responsible for billing and collection of city utilities and property taxes Prepares budget and approves expenditures Responsible for preparation of financial statements, and government and statistics reports Manages accounts payable and accounts receivable Handles payroll duties Planning, Building and Development Oversees and enforces municipal by laws governing all building and demolition projects and proposals Manages property zoning and acceptable property use Provides information for construction or renovation of a building Processes applications for consents and minor variances Provides information about planning and building fees Issues building permits Provides building inspections
