Case management services are provided by an Aboriginal Opiate Case Manager
Description (Service)
  • Offers assessments, counselling, treatment planning, and case management to individuals who have concerns about their alcohol use, drug use and/or gambling  
  • Refers clients to appropriate treatment and/or community resources  
  • Provides assistance to family and friends who want to understand addictions and learn to cope or deal with the addiction of a significant other
 
Addiction services include: 
  • Adult Addictions Program 
  • Family Program 
  • Smoking cessation program 
  • Youth Addictions Program
 
Aboriginal Opiate Counselling Program 
  • Provides outreach services regarding opiate dependency in the communities of Hearst and Constance Lake First Nation to opiate users, pregnant women and women in a parenting role

  • Adult Program: 18 years and older 
  • Youth Program: youth up to 18 years of age
