Description (Service)
  • Is a legal tool or mechanism for people with a severe and persistent mental illness to receive treatment/care and supervision in the community  
  • Provides treatment, care and supervision outlined in a comprehensive Community Treatment Plan which is developed collaboratively by the individual, Substitute Decision Maker (if applicable), psychiatrist/physician and community supports
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-6 pm
Areas Served Nipissing District
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
 
Individuals who have a history of non-compliance with mental health care initiatives or who continue to struggle with mental health issues
Application Must be referred by a physician or psychiatrist
Languages English ; French
