Public Comments All housing sites are dedicated to those receiving Support Services from Nipissing Mental Health Housing and Support Services, Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT Team) or Early Intervention Psychosis (EIP) Program
Description (Service) Offers rent-geared-to-income and supportive housing primarily for individuals with mental illness 

Offers eight Integrated Housing Sites in the City of North Bay with varying levels of support, located at: 
  • Algonquin Avenue Building 
  • Duke Street Apartments 
  • Lakeshore Drive Home 
  • Mountainview Estates 
  • Nipissing Street Building 
  • Percy Street Building 
  • Woodward Apartments
Hours Office: Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm
Areas Served North Bay
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
  • Individuals with mental illness 
  • Must be at risk of homelessness due to downsizing of the Northeast Mental Health Centre 
  • Must be Canadian citizens, landed immigrants or refugees 
  • Must not owe arrears to full or partially-funded geared-to-income housing providers
Lakeshore Home 
  • Individuals who also have an Acquired Brain Injury
Application Individuals will be placed on a waiting list that is prioritized based on need and/or date of application
