  • Provides assistance with lawn care and snow removal
 
Volunteer Transportation Service 
  • Provides volunteer drivers who can bring individuals to medical appointments, grocery shopping, or social activities
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility Adult Day Program 
Individuals who suffer from Alzheimer's, Dementia, Stroke and have been assessed by the North East Local Health Integration Network (NELHIN)
 
Volunteer Transportation Service 
Seniors who are unable to access other transportation services
