Public Comments Adult Day Program operates at the Scouts Hall on 11th Ave
Description (Service)
  • Offers a supervised social, recreational and therapeutic program to assist individuals to achieve and maintain their maximum level of functionality 
  • Strives to prevent premature and inappropriate institutionalization 
  • Provides respite, information and support to caregivers
Offers services for adults who may be experiencing any of the following: 
  • Alzheimer's 
  • Cognitive impairment/memory loss 
  • Communication disorders 
  • Dementia 
  • Frail and/or elderly 
  • Loss of independence 
  • Physical and mental disabilities 
  • Social isolation
Hours Wed 9 am-3 pm
Areas Served Cochrane
Eligibility Individuals with high care needs, such as frail elderly, individuals with Alzheimer disease, progressive cognitive disorders or dementia
