  • All appointments must be booked ahead - may offer same day appointments 
  • Appointments must be cancelled a full 24 hours prior (if a Monday 9:00 am appointment needs to be cancelled, the clinic must be advised by Friday 9:00 am) or a $50 no-show fee will be charged
Description (Agency) Provides non-urgent general practitioner care
Description (Service) Provides non-urgent medical care for patients who may or may not have their own physician
 
Provides treatment and assistance for the following: 
  • Strep tests  
  • Pre-operation forms  
  • Doctor's notes 
  • Allergy and B12 shots 
  • Birth control shots 
  • Pregnancy tests 
  • Specialist referrals 
  • Medication review and renewals 
  • Urinalysis (for bladder infections) 
  • Requisitions for blood work, X-rays, ultrasounds, scans
Hours Mon-Fri: Call for booked schedule

Eligibility Must have valid OHIP card or be prepared to pay for visit

  • Botox and cosmetic treatments 
  • Medical advice for travelers 
  • MTO physicals 
  • Work physicals
