Description (Service)
  • Offers a team approach to rehabilitation after a hand/upper limb injury 
  • Provides splinting and non-industrial work hardening 
  • Offers hypertrophic/keloid scar management (not limited to upper extremity) 
  • Provides pressure garments for burns (not limited to upper extremity)
Provides assessment and treatment of acute hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder injuries including: 
  • Amputations  
  • Burns 
  • Dislocations 
  • Fractures 
  • Grafts 
  • Implants 
  • Repetitive strain injuries 
  • Replants 
  • Tendon and nerve lacerations
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Areas Served Algoma District ; Cochrane District ; Manitoulin District ; Nipissing District ; Sudbury District ; Timiskaming District
Eligibility No restrictions
  • Physician referral required 
  • Acute post surgery referrals are seen as soon as possible
