Agency Services
Description (Service)
  • Builds a network of supports that includes family, friends, and community resources to help individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities meet their needs
Person Centered Planning (PCP) 
  • Identifies what an individuals needs and wants are in relation to life in general (assistance from family requested) 
  • Identifies individual's personal, educational, vocational, medical, and safety support needs in relation to wants 
  • Connects and supports individuals in accessing resources to meet identified needs and wants of the individual
Administers the following programs and services: 
  • Children's Services 
  • Foundation Program 
  • Residential Services 
  • Supported Employment Services 
  • Supported Independent Living 
  • Vic Mahoney Centre
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm
