  • Promotes healthy lifestyles through culturally based programs and healing 
  • Aims to reduce family violence
 
Provides assistance for individuals to identify areas of concern and to develop action plans to address concerns through the following: 
  • Access to Traditional Healing 
  • Assistance with access to community services 
  • Case management/individual services 
  • Cultural workshops and activities 
  • Health and Wellness workshops 
  • Information and resources 
  • Support and advocacy
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm

Eligibility Off-reserve Status, Non-Status, Inuit and M├ętis individuals/families affected by family violence and/or health concerns
Application Call to arrange a visit to determine eligibility for program requirements
