Description (Service) Infant Preschool Clinic 
  • Provides a variety of assessments from the Physiotherapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Developmental Consultant, Mental Health Clinician and Nurse Practitioner 
  • Offers referrals to other services if necessary
 
Complex Care Clinic 
  • Assesses child's present medical status 
  • Creates plan for child's future therapeutic needs
 
Orthotics Clinic 
  • Offers a monthly orthotics clinic
 
Screening Clinic 
  • Provides screening for children with one specific physical issue
 
Serial Casting Clinic 
  • Offers serial casting for children with tightness in their legs
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
