Description (Service)
  • Operates a senior's complex offering nursing and personal support care in individual apartments 
  • Consists of 10 apartments
 
Provides the following services: 
  • Basic and advanced practice foot care 
  • Blood sugar monitoring 
  • Checking of vital signs 
  • Congregate dining 
  • Emergency transmitter system (panic buttons) 
  • Housekeeping duties 
  • Medication assistance 
  • Nursing care 5 days per week 
  • Personal care
Hours Mon-Sun 24 hours 
Office: Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm 
Nursing Care: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Eligibility
  • Members of Constance Lake First Nation who require home services due to age or disabilities 
  • Eligibility consideration determined upon review by Housing Manager and Home & Community Care Case Manager
Application Elder's complex apartment applications available from Housing Department at Band Office
