Description (Service) Provides community support services to all urban Aboriginal clients to allow them to live independently in the community
 
Services offered: 
  • Aboriginal Support Service 
  • Congregate Dining 
  • Friendly Visiting 
  • Security Checks/Reassurance 
  • Transportation
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm 
Congregate Dining Tue 12 noon-12:30 pm
Areas Served Timmins
Eligibility Ages: 50 year(s) and up 
 
  • Urban Aboriginal peoples 
  • Individuals of any age who are disabled, chronically ill and have special needs
Application Requires a minimum 24-hour notice for all transportation requests
Languages English ; Interpretive Services - Cree, Ojibway - staff members
