Description & Services
Description (Service) Functions as an early intervention program for families with children who may have delays or are at risk for delays in development, including Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, sensory impairments, or complications during pregnancy, labour, or delivery
 
Services include: 
  • Assistance with applications for funding 
  • Case coordination 
  • Early intervention 
  • Case coordination 
  • Developmental assessments and screens 
  • Home visits 
  • Linking to other services 
  • Play based therapeutic programs 
  • Transition to school
Hours Mon-Fri 8:15 am-4:15 pm

Eligibility Ages: 5 year(s) and under

Application Referrals can be made by contacting a Developmental Consultant at the office number
