Description (Service)
  • Administers publicly funded immunization to all ages 
  • Administers all immunization requirements for children attending school
 
Travel Clinics 
  • Administers the necessary immunizations to individuals travelling outside of Canada 
  • Provides the necessary immunizations based on various factors including place of travel  
  • Provides general information on planning for health needs while travelling 
  • Maintains information on travel health notices

Eligibility
  • Must have a valid Ontario Hospital Insurance Plan (OHIP) card 
  • Specific immunizations are required at specific ages
Application Travel Clinics 
  • Contact clinic six to eight weeks before travel to allow time for the immunization to take effect 
  • Appointments can be book by calling or sending an email to travel@porcupinehu.on.ca
