Description (Service)
  • Provides pre-assessment, prioritization and service coordination 
  • Offers crisis intervention 
  • Defuses and debriefs community sessions to reduce the risk of post-traumatic stress after a critical incident 
  • Provides individual, couple and group counselling/psychotherapy
 
Counselling is available for but not limited to: 
  • Anxiety 
  • Depression 
  • Grief and loss 
  • Post-traumatic stress
Hours Mon-Sun 9 am-9 pm

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
 
  • Individuals must participate in a pre assessment to determine needs 
  • Individuals experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, suicidal/homocidal or psychotic disorder
Application Referrals are accepted from anyone including friends and family
