  • Offers a wide range of community-based and culturally appropriate programs and services to Métis people 
  • Participates in community development activities that promote cultural diversity and partnership development with other Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal agencies
 
Addresses the distinct needs of Métis peoples in the following areas: 
  • Healing and Wellness Branch, Métis Family Wellbeing Program
 
Council 
  • Provides advocacy and deals with political issues for Chapleau Métis Nation 
  • Assists individuals and families with issues such as membership and genealogy
