Description (Service)
  • Provides information, advocacy and support to assist individuals to remain in their homes as long as possible 
  • Acts as respite for informal caregivers such as extended family 
  • Coordinates group activities such as barbeques, bingos, cultural teachings, indoor/outdoor games, and presentations on various topics of interest
 
Support Services offered include: 
  • Caregiver support 
  • Case management 
  • Congregate dining (Lunch and Learn) 
  • Friendly visiting 
  • Security visits for safety reasons
Hours Tue-Thu 9 am-4 pm

Eligibility Ages: 55 year(s) and up 
 
  • Off-reserve Status, Non-Status, Inuit and Métis individuals 
  • Non-Aboriginal community members are also welcome
