Waste Disposal bin located at the Water Treatment Plant for disposal of appliances, electronics and items not accepted at local garbage dump
Description (Service) Oversees the operations and maintenance of community infrastructure and related services
 
Performs a variety of tasks and maintenance operations including:  
  • Maintenance and upkeep of Band property and equipment 
  • Updating the community Asset Condition Reporting system (ACRS) 
  • Roads maintenance and grading 
  • Landscaping and community beautification 
  • Grass cutting of all elders homes, community buildings, park, playground, and CMHC housing units  
  • Street lighting  
  • Repairs and maintenance of public buildings  
  • Snow removal  
  • Upkeep of public spaces and grounds 
  • Collection of community household garbage once per week 
  • Maintenance of equipment and operation of the Water Treatment Plant
 
Capital Planning  
  • Provides assistance in project management services and community development and planning  
  • Assists with community buildings development plan and residential lot development plans
Hours Band Office Mon-Thu 8 am-4:30 pm, Fri 9 am-12 noon
