Description (Service)
  • Delivers medical transportation services and assistance in making medical appointment arrangements  
  • Provides transportation to medical appointments within the community as well as from/to Henvey Inlet First Nation to surrounding communities including Britt, Sudbury and Parry Sound
Hours Mon-Thu 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Fri 8:30 am-12 noon

Eligibility
  • Members of Henvey Inlet First Nation who require assistance with medical transportation due to illness, injury or age 
  • Medical Vans are ONLY available for clients who have scheduled appointments
Application
  • Must make arrangements with the Health Centre 3 days prior to the appointment 
  • Appointment times must be between 10 am-3 pm 
  • Medical van schedule posted on website and at Health Centre
