Description (Service) Offers bursaries for post-secondary education for childhood cancer survivors, their siblings, and siblings of children who have succumbed to cancer<br /><br />

Eligibility Applicant must: 
  • Be a Canadian citizen 
  • Be a survivor of childhood cancer or the sibling of a child diagnosed with childhood cancer 
  • Be a permanent resident of pan-northern Ontario during treatment period 
  • Be enrolled in an accredited full-time post-secondary program
Application Applicants are required to submit the following: 
  • A Letter sharing the applicant's story telling how childhood cancer has affected his/her life; 
  • A completed Application Form, including the signed "Applicant's Consent to Release Information"; 
  • Proof of registration at a post-secondary institution (letter from Registrar) 
  • Proof of diagnosis
