  • Provides youth with housing and the opportunity to graduate from high school in a structured and safe environment 
  • Accommodates four youths who will each have their own bedroom and use of a computer 
  • Provides access to residential programs and services

  • Individuals who are homeless and/or in a crisis situation requiring emergency shelter
  • Referrals by community agencies, parents, friends, or self-referral
  • To access the program youth must be deemed homeless and/or in a crisis situation requiring emergency shelter 
  • Youth who want to remain in school will be assessed to determine their eligibility to be transferred from the Foyer Notre Dame House to the transitional program
