  • Offers a social and recreational day program for older adults who have Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia 
  • Provides therapeutic activities which are designed to maintain an optimal level of independent functioning in the community as long as possible 
  • Provides respite service for caregivers
Hours Mon-Sat 8 am-4 pm
Areas Served Manitoulin District ; Sudbury District
Boundaries North to Chapleau and Foleyet, South to the French River, East to Warren, West to Massey
Eligibility Individuals with Alzheimer Disease or dementia, their families and caregivers
