Public Comments If an individual needs assistance with transferring into the vehicle, they will need to bring an escort
Description (Service) Provides door to door transportation for seniors to help them with various activities such as grocery shopping, medical appointments and social outings 
 
NOTE: Vans are not equipped to accommodate wheelchairs
Hours Office Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm 
Service hours vary, call for information
Areas Served Greater Sudbury ; and surrounding area
Eligibility Ages: 60 year(s) and up 
 
  • Must not live in a long-term care facility 
  • Must be able to get in and out of the vehicle with minimal assistance or able to bring an escort
 
Note: Exceptions are made for individuals 55 years and older and are receiving dialysis or have an age related illness
