  • Provides English language instruction for newcomers to Canada 
  • Offers home study programs for individuals unable to attend classes 
  • Provides transportation and childcare assistance for registered eligible students

Application An initial assessment is required
 
Individuals must also provide two immigration documents prior to the assessment: 
  • Permanent Resident documents 
  • Convention Refugee or Government Assisted Refugee documents
